Ridge at Lantana Amenities

The Ridge at Lantana HOA board members have been working to negotiate opportunities to secure land for a park.

There are many families with children who live in the neighborhood and many outdoor amenities in the general area.  There is also a women’s book club and a mother’s group that meets weekly, and the neighborhood has seasonal events, such as an Easter party, fall fling, and an occasional neighborhood garage sale.  There are also many singles, couples without children, and retirees who live in the subdivision due to the low HOA fees, affordable living, and quality homes.
